Get Up and Running In a Flash With Our
Easy To Use "SMART WIZARD"

At JMOR, we know you want it to be simple, yet powerful. Thus, we have designed our system to work smoothly for any user with our smart wizard.

The wizard will walk an attorney, paralegal, or office staff member through all the steps necessary to create a new case file. Our system will create a new case number and prompt you for the client name. If your client already exists in your database, our smart-type feature will select it. If your client is new, you can simply add a new account. The wizard will create a docket under that court case and prompt you for all the required information.

Once the client is selected or added, the user is then prompted to either select the attorney or they can add a new one which will then be assigned to that case. After the attorney is selected, a user will then be prompted to search for a court house or add a new one, which will then be assigned to the dockets requested.  The operator is then asked to schedule the docket(s) to a particular date and time for that specified court house.

Our  more seasoned users may skip the wizard and go in the order they want or make changes to the different items above at any time, allowing even greater control over the content.

Instant Notifications

ATRMS can notify your clients and attorneys vie e-mail when a new case is created or assigned, and when the case's status has changed. The system will even allow you to print out client notification sheets for those that do not have e-mail.  You can quickly check the history and current status of any case or client, from any computer.

Customize Your Templates

The ATRMS court case tracking user interface provides users the option, if enabled, to register for an account which can be activated later with admin verification. This allows admin level users to grant access to new users and office staff members at any time, at any location, with full control and oversight.

Many systems make security complicated, but not with ATRMS; you can choose your security level and regulate the user rights by simply adding/editing or deleting the role and then assigning it to that respective user.

Our Notification Template system is also customizable. You can even change the font sizes and add/edit other attributes. You can even add and merge fields, so your forms will print with a specific client's dataset system record depending on the function you request.
